The tour begins by showing our refurbished water Mill (from 1500) hosting the museum of milling art. That's the starting point for a brief explanation of our ancient origins in Valpolicella, at that time the members of the Dall'Ora family (later became Mazzi) carried out the miller activity producing white and yellow flour.
The visit continues down to the cellars, where the wine ages. Here in a suggestive environment the story of Valpolicella and of Our wines is pleasantly told... for those especially enthusiast, will be revealed some small secrets in the art of producing wine.
