At 1991 Roberto Mazzi followed his other, than Wine, great Passion: the kitchen, involving in this exciting journey his wife and children.
Dishes from the Valpolicella tradition served in a suggestive rural setting have been the constant of their farm activity.
The Kitchen were open only at weekends aiming to make Italian and foreign guests appreciate the products (primarily wine and oil) from their meadows, showing them the places where they were born.
Today, 26 years later, we offer also the chance to stay in our Guest House, also we accommodate groups of 25 to 50 people crafting a menu for You combining traditional dishes in with our wines.
Our Specialties: Amarone wine Risotto, homemade Pasta with seasonal sauces and beef stew with Polenta.
